The experience enabled her to identify the skills and abilities employers valued among potential workers, while providing unique insight into the art of matching candidates with positions. Now head of the Clerical and Professional Division, Sonia has helped hundreds of local companies find talented workers for their open positions.
Sonia credits her success in part to the passion she feels for her job.
